We want you to be completely satisfied with your 360 Cookware purchase; if you are not happy with your professional-grade cookware, you may return it within 90 days for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for processing.

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip.

  Carefully secure your items in the original box, ensuring all lids and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
